LendInvest is secured peer-to-peer (P2P) commercial lending specifically for residential and commercial mortgages in the UK and is subject to FCA regulation and Money Laundering Regulations. We worked with David Serafini, COO, and his team who integrated the Contego API into their own systems to allow LendInvest to undertake due diligence checks on all of their investors and borrowers. The system is fully automated, highlighting risks in real-time and providing a full compliance audit trail, accessible via the management console.
